|Alicia is involved in youth mentorship, food justice, economic and housing justice, community policing, negotiating, and fighting for equality of all people. Alicia is driven by serving and wants to put her skills and experience to use for the public good, and to create a greater sense of community and government accountability in our parks and beyond. Minneapolis deserves better neighborhood parks and better recreational options for every resident including those who may not be traditionally housed. She is running to make sure community voices will be heard and included when creating policy/solutions that are supposed to work for us all.
