Biography

Pulcher received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law.[1] Pulcher worked as a government lawyer in the Nueces County District Attorney's Office prior to joining the court.[2]

Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 53 percent of the vote. He competed against Angelica Hernandez.
General: He defeated Rose Meza Harrison in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 52.7 percent of the vote. [3][4][5]
