John Paul Plante

John Paul Plante is the judge for Division 2 of the Yuma County Superior Court in Arizona.[1] He was first elected to the position in 2006.[2] He was re-elected in 2014.[3] His term expired on January 6, 2019.[4]

Education
Plante graduated from Central High School and earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University. He earned his J.D. with high honors from the University of Arizona Law School.[2]
Career
Plante practiced law for 22 years prior to becoming a judge. In July 1999 he was appointed as a full time judge pro tempore and served in that position until he was elected to the Yuma County Superior Court in 2006.[2]
