Megan Fahey
Megan Fahey (Republican Party) is a judge of the Texas 348th District Court. She assumed office in 2019. Her current term ends on December 31, 2028.
Fahey (Republican Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Texas 348th District Court. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
She was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbott (R) on September 3, 2019, to succeed Mike Wallach.[1]
Education
Fahey earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.[1]
Career
Fahey has worked as an assistant U.S. Attorney in both civil and criminal divisions. She is also a former associate attorney for Bracewell LLP and Jenner & Block, LLC.[1]
