Michael Asbury is a judge of the Fourteenth Circuit Court in West Virginia.

He was appointed to the court on August of 2023 by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice (R) to replace Judge Richard A. Facemire’s seat, who retired from the bench effective June 30, 2023.
