Education
Ferman received an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.[2]
Career
Ferman has been the district attorney of Montgomery County since her election in 2007. She was the county's first female district attorney. Prior to that, she was a prosecutor for 15 years.[3]
