A. Franklin Burgess, Jr. was a judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. President Ronald Reagan (R) appointed Burgess to the court in 1983.[1] He took senior status following his retirement August 3, 2013.[2][3]
Education
Burgess received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1965 and his J.D. from Harvard.[1]
