There was an Albuquerque City General Obligation Bond Proposition on the October 6, 2009 ballot in Bernalillo County.

This proposition issued a general obligation bond in the amount of $8,444,000 for projects related to modernizing, renovating, rehabilitating, furnishing, and enhancing city buildings, including fire and police facilities.

This bond was approved by city voters.
