Allan Ray Bertram was the chief circuit court judge for the 11th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Green, Marion, Taylor, and Washington counties of Kentucky.[1] Bertram ran unopposed for re-election in 2014, winning an eight-year term that was set to expire on January 1, 2023. [2] However, Bertram resigned on January 16, 2020, before the end of his term. [3]
