The Allegany County Integrated Domestic Violence Court is a Problem Solving Court in the 4th Judicial Department. According to the New York State Unified Court System, "Problem-solving courts look to the underlying issues that bring people into the court system, and employ innovative approaches to address those issues."[1] The court is located within Allegany County in New York.[2]
