Allen L. Register
Allen L. Register is a former judge of the 14th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He served in Bay and Calhoun County. He was appointed to this court by former Governor Jeb Bush in June 2002 and took office on July 1 of that year. He replaced retired Judge N. Russell Bower.[1][2] Register retired on January 2, 2017.[3]
Education
Register was born in Graceville, Fla. on November 22, 1954. After spending some time at Chipola Jr. College, he received his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Florida in 1976 and 1979, respectively.[1][4]
Career
Register began his career in 1979 as an assistant state attorney. He worked in the 5th Judicial Circuit until 1981 and then in the 14th Judicial Circuit until 1992. He then joined the Washington County Court. In 2002, he was elevated to the circuit court.[1][4]

Register ran unopposed and was automatically retained to a new term.[5]
