Ann Mesle
Ann Mesle was a circuit court judge for the 16th Circuit Court in Missouri. She was appointed by Governor Roger Wilson in November 2001 and retired on July 31, 2013.[1][2]

Mesle earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.[3]
