REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTIONS 1, 2, AND 3, ARTICLE XXIII OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA AS AMENDED AT THE GENERAL ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 3, 1914, AND SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF ARTICLE XXIV OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA AS AMENDED BY THE GENERAL ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 7, 1916, AND REPEALING ALL LAWS ENACTED PURSUANT THERETO.
