AN ACT FOR THE REGULATION OF THE USE OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS BY MOTOR VEHICLES; CREATING A DEPARTMENT OF STATE WHICH SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE "MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT OF ARIZONA;" CREATING THE OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT OF ARIZONA; DEFINING HIS POWERS AND DUTIES; TRANSFERRING THE DUTIES IMPOSED OR DEVOLVED UPON THE SECRETARY OF STATE; COUNTY ASSESSORS AND ALL OTHER OFFICERS IN ADMINISTERING AND CARRYING OUT THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER VIII, TITLE 50 OF THE REVISED STATUTES OF ARIZONA, 1913, CIVIL CODE AND AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 122, SESSION LAWS OF THE FIFTH LEGISLATURE, 1921; CHAPTER 78, SESSION LAWS OF THE SEVENTH LEGISLATURE, 1925; PARAGRAPH A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H AND I OF SUB-DIVISION III, CHAPTER 76, SESSION LAWS OF THE SIXTH LEGISLATURE, 1923, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT ACTS OR AMENDMENTS THERETO.
