The ballot title for Proposition 101 was as follows:

AN AMENDMENT RELATING TO BOND ISSUES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS; REQUIRING THAT QUESTIONS ON BOND ISSUES OR SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS OF THE STATE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE VOTE OF REAL PROPERTY TAXPAYERS, AND AMENDING ARTICLE 7, SECTION 13, CONSTITUTION OF ARIZONA.
