This measure was not put on an election ballot |
The Re-Legalize Marijuana Initiative did not make the November 8, 2016, ballot in Arizona as an initiated constitutional amendment.
The measure would have amended the state constitution to legalize marijuana, prevented government entities from taxing or regulating marijuana, prevented government entities from discriminating against those who use marijuana, and cleared records of those who have been convicted of marijuana charges in the past, among several other provisions.[1]
