Arkansas Minority Party Power, Act 3 (1932)

The Arkansas Minority Party Power Act, also known as Act 3, was on the 1932 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed the minority party to select its representatives for the elections boards and commissions.[1]
