Arthur M. Frank
Arthur M. Frank was a judge of the Baltimore County Orphans Court in Baltimore County, Maryland. He was elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[1][2]

Frank ran for election to the Orphans Court of Baltimore County.
Primary: He was successful in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 24.2 percent of the vote. He competed against Juliet Fisher, David K. Hayes, and incumbent Judge William Evans. Primary candidates competed for three seats.
General: He faced Juliet Fisher, Peter V. Gargano, and incumbent Judge William Evans in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 24.0 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for three open seats.

Biography
Education
Frank received his undergraduate degree from the University of Baltimore in 1974. He went on to earn a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1976.[4]
Career
Frank was an attorney in private practice at the firm of Frank and Wyman before his election as a judge.[5]
