Ben Small ran for judge for the 19A Judicial District of North Carolina in 2010.

Ben Small was defeated by Donna H. Johnson in the general election, receiving only 48.04 percent of the vote.[1] Though judges in the state do not run with party affiliation, Small refers to himself as a conservative.[2]
