Ben W. Studdard III was a state court judge for the Henry County State Court in Georgia. He became the first judge for Henry County after the court was created in 1998.[1][2] He was unopposed for re-election in 2014 and 2018.[3][4] Studdard retired from the court on September 1, 2021.[5]

Education

Studdard earned his J.D. with honors from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.[1]
