Bernard J. Kamins
Bernard J. Kamins was an assigned judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California.[1] He was appointed to the court in 1986 by Governor George Deukmejian, and he served in full capacity until his retirement on May 15, 2007.[2] After his retirement, he participated in the Assigned Judges Program, which assigns retired judges temporary jurisdiction in the event of vacancies or high case loads in the courts.[3]
Education
Kamins received an undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of California Santa Barbara. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1968.[2]
