Bill D. Welch was an Oklahoma associate judge for Latimer County, which is located in District 16.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed. His term expired on January 13, 2019.[2]

Welch received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1978. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law with his J.D. in 1994.[4]

Career

Welch was an operations and regulatory engineer at Mobil Oil Corporation from 1978 to 1991.[4]
