Bob Wortham
Bob Wortham was the judge of 58th District Court in Texas.[1] He was elected to the court in 2007 and resigned from his office on March 17, 2014 to focus on running to become the district attorney of Jefferson County.[2][3]
Education
Wortham received his undergraduate degree from Lamar University and his J.D. from Baylor Law School.[4]
Career
Before he joined the 58th District Court, Wortham worked as an attorney in private practice for nineteen years. He has also previously served as a United States Attorney for the East District of Texas for twelve years, as a judge for the 60th District Court, and as an attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney's office.[3][5]

Wortham was re-elected to the Texas District 58 after running unopposed.
