A Boone County Public Water Supply District No. 10 Revenue Bond Issue ballot question was approved on the August 6, 2013, election ballot in Boone County, which is in Missouri.
This measure authorized the Boone County Public Water Supply District No. 10 to increase its debt by $5 million through issuing water revenue bonds in that amount in order to fund the maintenance, construction and acquisition needs of the district. This debt is to be repaid through revenue from the water supply system fees.[1]

Shall Public Water Supply District No. 10 of Boone County, Missouri, issue its waterworks revenue bonds in the amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping improvements to the District's waterworks system, including the acquisition of real estate and easements related thereto, the cost of operation and maintenance of said system and the principal of and interest on said revenue bonds to be payable solely from the revenues derived by the District from the operation of its waterworks system, including all future extensions and improvements thereto?[1][2] |
