A Brevard County School District Levy Renewal measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Brevard County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 97,378 (54.20%)Approveda
  • NO 82,273 (45.80%)[1]

This measure sought to renew the current school tax which was set at a rate of .25 mills for a further two years in order to further pay for operational costs of the district.[2] School officials were hosting informational meetings throughout the month of October to inform voters about the tax, the needs of the schools and the fact that this is not a new tax but just a renewal of taxes already being paid by residents.[3]
