Burnett County Emergency Service District 3 Creation (November 2009)
The Burnett County Emergency Service District 3 Creation proposition was on the November 3 ballot in Burnet County for voters in the area of Granite Shoals, Marble Falls and Briggs/Oakalla, where all three were approved.[1]
This proposition sought to create an emergency service district that would cover these three areas. It was to better provide emergency fire and rescue, and other emergency needs for these areas.[2]
