C. David Hagerman
David Hagerman was a circuit court judge for the 32nd Judicial Circuit, which presides over Boyd County, Kentucky.[1] He began serving in 1993 and retired on September 16, 2017.[2]
Biography
Hagerman received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[3] Before he became a judge, Hagerman served as a commonwealth attorney from 1988 to 1993.[4]
