C. Ray Mullins
C. Ray Mullins was the chief judge of the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of Georgia. He was appointed by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals on February 29, 2000. Mullins retired on January 31, 2018.[1][2]
Education
Mullins received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his M.B.A. from Bowling Green University in 1974 and 1977, respectively. He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1982.[1]
