Carl B. Anderson Jr. (Kansas)
Carl B. Anderson Jr. was a judge for the Ninth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas. He was appointed in 1977 and was retained on Nov. 6, 2012, but retired on January 11, 2013.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Anderson earned his undergraduate degree from Bethany College and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.[1]
Career
Anderson was appointed to the Ninth Judicial District in 1977. Before his appointment he engaged in the private practice and from 1975 to 1976 he served as Haskell County Attorney. Anderson also served as the Administrative Chief Judge in the 9th Judicial District for 10 years.[1]
2012 election
Anderson was retained on Nov. 6, 2012, earning 77.4 percent of the vote with 16,629 yes votes.[5][2][3]
