Carol Falvey is a judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court in Citrus County, Florida. She was appointed to this position by Governor Jeb Bush in November 2005, and was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[1][2][3][4][5] Her current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021.[6]

As an unopposed candidate, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [5] 

Education

Falvey received her B.B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 and her J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law in 1986.[1][2]

Career

Falvey worked as a private practice attorney in Ocala from 1986 until she was appointed to the Fifth Circuit Court in 2005.[1][3]
