Charles H. Constantine was a judge for the Racine County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was first elected to the position in 1996 and was re-elected in 2002, 2008 and most recently 2014 for a term that would have expired in 2020.[2][3][4] Constantine retired on September 5, 2018.[5]
