Charles K. Todd, Jr. is a judge for the Superior Court of Wayne County in Indiana. He was appointed to the court in 2009 by Governor Mitch Daniels.

Education

Todd received his Bachelors from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He received received his J.D.from Indiana University's McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Todd worked in private practice.[2] He has also served as deputy prosecutor in Wayne County, and worked for Indiana Court of Appeals Judge William I. Garrard as a law clerk.[2]
