Cheryl A. Russell
Cheryl A. Russell was a Utah First Judicial District judge for Cache County, Utah for the Logan Justice Court.[1] Russell was first appointed to this position in January 1992.[2]
Russell passed away in August 2010.[3]
Education
Russell received her J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1976. She then established a private practice in Logan. She has also served as First Judicial District guardian ad litem, Logan Cit prosecutor, Rich County attorney, Cache County public defender and Rich County public defender. She was appointed to the position of Logan City Justice Court judge in January of 1992. She has served in that position since.[2]
