Chief Justice Moyer dies unexpectedly

Columbus, Ohio: Thomas Moyer, Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court passed away on April 2, 2010 at age 70. After 24 years, he was the second-longest-serving chief justice in Ohio.[1] Paul Pfeifer is serving as the acting Chief Justice until Gov. Strickland appoints a new justice.[2]
