A City of Kensington parcel tax, Measure G ballot question was on the June 8, 2010 ballot for voters in the city of Kensington in Contra Costa County, where it was approved.
The proposed tax was initially $200 per single-family residential parcel. It did not have a sunset provision. The tax could be increased in future years based on the Consumer Price Index. The tax is somewhat lower and higher for other classes of property.
