A City of Tracy Appointed City Clerk, Measure D ballot proposition was on the November 2, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of Tracy in San Joaquin County. It was approved.
Heading into the election on Measure D, the Tracy City Clerk was an elective position. Measure D changes that so that the clerk will be appointed rather than elected.
