City of Vancouver Charter Amendment 4 (November 2009)
A City of Vancouver Charter Amendment 4 measure was on the November 3, 2009 ballot in Clark County.

- NO 12,777 (44.28%)
This amendments will change sections 10.03 and 10.04, this will remove the provision that requires affidavits of circulators of initiative and referendum petitions to be sworn in person and instead will require the affidavits be printed on the petitions for everyone to be able to read.
