A special election for the position of Missouri House of Representatives District 151 was called for November 7, 2017. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was September 19, 2017.[1]
The seat became vacant on June 2, 2017, after Tila Hubrecht (R) resigned to return to her previous job as a nurse.[2]
Herman Morse (R) defeated Curtis Clark (D) and Rick Vandeven (Libertarian) in the special election.[3]
