Kaiser ran in the 2012 election for Minnesota House of Representatives District 24B. He was unopposed in the Republican primary on August 14 and was defeated by Patti Fritz (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]

2010
Kaiser ran for election to the District 26B seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Patti Fritz (DFL) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
