Daniel B. Gibbons
Daniel B. Gibbons is a former Utah Third Judicial District judge for Salt Lake County, Utah for the Holladay Justice Court.[1] Judge Gibbons was first sworn in to this position on July 1, 2001.[2] Gibbons resigned on July 5, 2011.[3]

Education
Gibbons earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in 1983. He went on to receive his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law in 1986. He then worked as a part-time law clerk during law school for the Oregon Department of Revenue and the Utah Attorney General's Office. He then joined the firm of Kirton & McConkie, where he worked as an associate and shareholder. In 1995 he began working in solo law practice. Gibbons was sworn in as a Justice Court Judge on July 1, 2001. He has served in that position since.[2]
