Daniel J. Molter
Daniel J. Molter is a judge for the Superior Court of Newton County in Indiana. Molter first joined the court in 1986.
Education
Molter received his Bachelors from Indiana State University. He received His J.D.from Northern Illinois College of Law.[1][2]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Molter worked in private practice at a firm founded by his great aunt in the 1920s. He also worked, "as a public defender, juvenile prosecutor, legal advisor to the Newton County Sheriff’s Police Merit Board, [and] Judge Pro Tempore in both Newton County courts.[2]
2012 election
Molter ran unopposed in the 2012 election.[3]
