David C. Mathias is a judge for the Superior Court of Tulare County in California. He was appointed by former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in December 2010. Mathias was automatically re-elected in 2012 and his current term will expire in 2019.[1][2]

Education

Mathias received a bachelor's degree from Occidental College and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.[2]

Career

2012 election

Mathias has filed for his first election to the court in 2012. Because he is an incumbent and no opponent has filed against him, he will not appear on a ballot. After the primary election, he was automatically re-elected.[3]
