David Frey
David Frey was a judge on the New York City Civil Court in New York. He was appointed to the court by Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) in January 2017 and assigned to the criminal court.[1] Frey passed away December 21, 2021.[2]
Biography
Frey earned his B.S. and M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.[1]
Prior to his appointment in 2017, Frey served in various capacities for the Richmond County district attorney's office, including bureau chief of investigations and unit chief of computer crimes and identity theft investigations.[1]
