David M. Erickson is a magistrate judge of the Fifth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position on August 1, 2009 to serve Polk County.[1]
Education
Erickson received his bachelor's and law degrees from Drake University in 1974 and 1978, respectively. He is a single father of two adopted sons.[1]
Career
Erickson has worked as a private practice lawyer since 1978.[1]
