David M. Pancake was a judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, which presides over Cabell County in West Virginia.[1] He was appointed by former Governor Cecil Underwood in 1998, and he retired from the court on January 31, 2014.[2][3]
Education
Pancake received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University and his J.D. from West Virginia University.[4]
