David Northam is a judge for the circuit court of Rush County in Indiana. He joined the court in 1996, and his current term expires in 2024.

Education

Northam received his B.A. from Hanover College. He received his J.D.from Indiana University's McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Northam worked in private practice. In Rushville, Indiana from 1978, he practiced with the firm of Earnest, Foster, Eder, Levi and Northam. Northam also served as Rush County attorney and attorney for Rush Memorial Hospital and the Town of Carthage.[2]

2012 election

Northam ran unopposed for re-election to the court in 2012.[3] He was successful in his bid, receiving 100 percent of the vote.[4]
