David R. Gienapp was a presiding judge for the South Dakota Third Judicial Circuit.[1] Gienapp joined the court in 2002 and retired on January 1, 2013.[2]
Awards
Gienapp received the Fred J. Nichol Award for Outstanding Jurist from the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Associations in 2010.[3]
