Deborah Kochiss Frankel is a senior judge on the Fairfield District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] She was appointed to the bench in 1998 by Governor John Rowland and became a senior judge in 2013.[2] Frankel was renominated and confirmed to a term that expires in 2022.[3]
