Debra R. Samuels
Debra R. Samuels was a judge of the New York City Civil Court New York County 2nd Municipal Court District. She left office in 2022.
Biography
Samuels received her undergraduate degree from the City College of New York in 1978 and her J.D. degree from the Fordham University School of Law in 1981. Samuels worked as a court attorney for the New York City Civil Court before becoming a judge there in 2003.[1]
Elections
2012
Samuels was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
