Dennis Cohen

Dennis S. Cohen is a multi-bench judge for the County, Family, Surrogate's and Supreme courts of Livingston County in New York. He has served in this position since 2005, following his election. His current term ends in 2025.[1][2]
Education
Cohen received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1972 and his J.D. from the Gonzaga School of Law in 1976.[1]
Career
Cohen began his career in 1977 as a private practice lawyer. He worked in that capacity until 2005. He also served from 1978 to 2005 as an attorney for Livingston County and the Village of Avon. In 2006, he joined the Livingston County Court.[1]
